This page shows much of the main lodge. Some areas of the lodge are under the Other areas of Main Buildings section as there was so much to this building. This building when it was a sanatorium had many functions. The upper floors were patient rooms however I don’t recall there being any solariums so I am going to assume that it was for patients that were perhaps in worse shape. This building had the morgue on the main floor so it would make sense to keep the patients that were in the worst shape close to the morgue. The main floor also appears to be where the main dining hall was. The basement had a vault and storage. The building also had a beautiful wood and marble staircase in the centre connection all floors.
In its days as a conference centre it had guest rooms and small communal rooms on the upper floors. The main floor was the lobby and kitchen areas as well as 2 large conference rooms which appeared to be newer construction as they were a flat roof single story building connected but behind the main building itself. The basement was mostly storage and the vault was used for stationary supplies. The morgue was long gone contrary to popular rumours that it was still intact at the complex. I have seen many photos of a small surgical room in the lower floor of the Pasqua referred to as the morgue however from what I can tell the original morgue was stripped and turned into kitchen and storage areas.
